How do you ship?
Our products are commonly stocked and
usually ship the same day if ordered before
2:00pm Pacific Standard Time. We offers
several shipping choices to fit the your
needs, a reasonable charge is added for
packaging, labor and handling. We offer
FedEx Ground Service, FedEx 2Day and FedEx
Priority Overnight. International options
are also available.
What's your return
policy?
You can return any product for any reason
within 60-days.
All returns require an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number, which can
be obtained by contacting our customer
service department or emailing us at the
link below.

All original equipment, components, manuals,
cables, documents and packaging must be
returned with your item in order for
DynaMetric, Inc. to process
your return. Removal or alteration of a
product's serial number or part
number/sticker will automatically void the
DynaMetric Return Policy. Missing, damaged or altered
products will
be refused RMA service and returned to the
customer.
*A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPLIED TO ALL
RETURNS
